Mk platform

MK Platform is a “Digital Platform” that uses a series of patented algorithms and artificial intelligence systems to allow users to access the following services:

IMAGE DATABASE

Each corporate client is guaranteed a “storage” dedicated to images in a reserved area of the database accessible only to the users who own the data. The creation of an image database currently not available on the market, allows the activation of a search service for previous files related to the same images or similar images. PHASE 1

BACKGROUND CHECK

On receipt of a new file, MK will carry out a search both on the WEB and on its data base to verify any pre-existences referring to the same image reported by the same or other insurance companies. PHASE 2

INTEGRITY OF THE DIGITAL DOCUMENT

Certifies whether the document has been modified or not, even to the slightest degree. File validation attests to the absence of tampering, counterfeiting, or simple touch-ups. This includes not only photographs but also videos, VideoClips and documents of various kinds in digital format. PHASE 3

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The MK system, thanks to the technologies of “artificial intelligence” and “Machine Learning”, is able to detect any photo editing of the image even in the absence of metadata. PHASE 4

FILE ENCRYPTION

We offer the highest level of encryption for data protection, transmission and confidentiality purposes in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The file encryption procedures are certified by bodies responsible for carrying out this function.

DATA PROTECTION AND STORAGE

The file, after being validated, encrypted and certified, is transmitted to the company and stored in the data base in accordance with the strictest security procedures required by the legislation on the protection of personal data. PHASE 6

FEATURES

  • CERTIFIED DATE

    As an optional service, a time stamp can be applied to the single file which certifies the existence and creation of the document at a specific time.

  • NO DUPLICATION OF THE ANALYSIS

    Each document will only be analyzed once. In the event that MK receives a document already reported previously, it signals it to the sender indicating that the same image is already present in the database.

  • GEOLOCALIZATION AND WEATHER

    If the digital image is complete with the exif, it geolocates the place where the image was taken and provides the weather information present at that time.

  • MASS MANAGEMENT OF DATA

    It is able to process a single document in a few seconds and when fully operational it will be able to receive document flows containing thousands of documents.

  • INTEGRITY

    It authenticates the integrity of the document highlighting any manipulation. (ie. Photoshop interventions or photo editing).

  • WEB SEARCHES VERIFICATION

    Before starting the validation and certification procedures of a document, MK system checks that it is not present on the internet. If found to be present, it discards it from processing and reports it to the sending company.

  • ENCRYPTION

    Maximum level of data protection guaranteed by certified procedures of compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR) regarding transmission, encryption and archiving of the document.

  • DATABASE

    The archive of documents certified and validated by MK is equipped with the highest protection systems and is inaccessible to users other than those who reported the data.

  • ISOLATE THE FALSE POSITIVES

    Through a graduation of the levels of anomaly found, it clusters the categories of anomaly, distinguishing the less relevant ones (ie. format or image size change) from the substantial ones with respect to the settlement of a claim.

  • IDENTIFY THE AUTHOR

    If the digital image is complete with the exif, it identifies the device author of the document (ie. smatphone, iphone 8).

  • MULTI DEVICE

    It is able to analyze digital documents generated by any type of device, smartphone, cameras, dash cam, action cam, PC, etc.

  • Profiling of the necessary users (executive offices, claims inspectorates, agencies, etc.) for the transmission of videos and images to the platform.

  • Creation of a CUSTOMER DATA BASE on which to digitally store all the images of claims processed by own settlement services.

  • Access to the DATA BASE of other companies (which have previously authorized this operation on condition of reciprocity) to verify the possible pre-existence of the same digital document.

  • File protection and storage according to data protection regulations.
